Portrait sessions are for couples, maternity, newborn, seniors & headshots.

The Session Fees below include the time and talent of the photographer and your personal online gallery of 25+ digital images.

Basic information

Session Fees include travel to any location in Greenville, NC. Locations further may require a travel fee, but please make sure to book in advance. I do travel all the time, so if I'm already in town, no travel fee required!

All images are copyrighted by Natalie Schwartz. If you choose to purchase a USB flash drive containing full-resolution files of your images (mailed directly to your home), you will receive a print release form that allows you to have the images printed at any location and in any medium. You may also post them on social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc…) and/or personal websites and blogs. Because Natalie retains the copyright to every image, however, you may not use them for advertising or other revenue-producing purposes.

Most sessions are up to 60 minutes in length.
Sometimes sessions are finished in less time, and some a little more. That's the beauty of it! Your session is unique to you. The session will end when I feel that we have captured what I need to produce a gallery of beautiful proofs.
Because of the gentle and in-home nature of newborn sessions, I reserve 3-4 hours for the session (we generally only need about an hour and a half). This gives us and your sweet newborn the ability to relax, eat as necessary and capture his/her natural faces and reactions. No one likes to be rushed, especially newborns.

Sessions are limited to immediate family members only. To include extended family in your session, a $50 add-on fee applies. For extended family sessions including multiple additional family units, please c ontact us for special pricing.

How to book

Ready to book?

To reserve a session, all clients must sign a contract and pay the session fee. No date is guaranteed until those are complete. Once those are received, we'll talk about all the details of your session, from the location to what to wear.

Reschedule

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. 50% of your session fee is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled session as long as it takes place within 60 days of the cancelled session date.

pre-session survey

A link will be e-mailed to you that provides access to a “Pre-Session Survey”. Please complete the survey no later than two days before your session to help me prepare for our time together.

Choosing an outfit

If you have questions on what to wear, please don't hesitate to ask! Please limit apparel to two outfits per person.

Your Gallery

You will be presented with 25-30 beautifully edited digital images in your personal online gallery from your session, displayed in both color and black-and-white. Though many more images will be captured, I choose to show only the best images from each portrait session, the ones that really capture who you are. I will not show additional images from the session after the gallery has been posted, nor will I offer them for sale in either digital or print form.

Your images will be presented to you in an online, password-protected gallery within three weeks (21 days) of your session date. Please make sure to back them up within 2 weeks.

Please remember that all images are printable on your own up to an 8x10. Anything larger must be printed with Natalie Schwartz Photography. When you are ready to order prints or canvases, let me know and we will sit together and go through exactly what you want and need.

Your digital image and prints order will be delivered to your home within two weeks of your order date. USB flash drives of digital images and wall gallery print collections are shipped for free. All print orders are subject to applicable sales tax.

Please note that any prints or products not processed through our professional lab are not guaranteed by Natalie Schwartz Photography because of color and finish discrepancies. We LOVE the top-notch print quality of our lab… for this reason, we encourage clients to order all prints intended for display or gifting through us.

Due to the custom nature of photographic prints and products, all sales are final.

Natalie Schwartz Photography accepts cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express).

Clients are welcome to schedule any and all future sessions (up to a year in advance) at your session.

In the interest of fairness to all clients, we are unable to offer special deals or discounts except those that may be advertised occasionally as promotions. For this reason, please understand that session fees, print prices, and business policies are non-negotiable. Thank you for respecting Natalie’s work and livelihood by not requesting fee or session exceptions.

SENIOR EXPERIENCE

The custom photography experience completely catered to YOU! This is your time to shine. It’s not just Senior Portraits, it’s an experience you will never forget. Your story is a unique reflection of you. We get together with hair and makeup stylists the day of your shoot to help you look your best and feel amazing.

SENIOR SESSION // $300

Two hours of on-location, custom photography, 20 digital images, 4x8 accordion book, online gallery and personal ordering session.

THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

We will meet at the location you chose when we met! This is where you get to HAVE FUN! Throw some crazy ideas at me and let's take pictures that just scream your personality!

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

First, we'll schedule your consultation where we will talk about all about you - what your style is, locations that speak to you, must-have photos and what to wear. I'll also send you a questionnaire to ask some more personal details ahead of time. We stylize your session to really capture YOU. From there, we will schedule your
session about 2-3 weeks out, so we can coordinate with the stylists,
if you so choose.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Sit back and relax - as best as you can. I'll start editing your photos right away and post one or two sneak peeks on Facebook for you to share with your friends and family. Your photos are professionally retouched by me and stored in your personal, password-protected gallery right here on my website. In less than 2 weeks, you will receive an email with complete details on how to log in to your gallery and download those gorgeous images!

FAQ

Are there certain days or times these are scheduled?

Any day of the week! The best times to shoot are early in the morning, the first couple hours right after the sun rises. Or, late evening, the last two hours before the sun sets. I much prefer the light in the evening because of how warm the sunlight is, but this is where you get to choose!

Which locations can I pick?

Let your imagination run wild! The only thing I will ever say no to is something that will put you or myself in danger. Other than that, you're free! You have the option to pick two different locations, pretty close together in distance (we'd rather spend your session photographing, not in the car!). If you have an idea of somewhere you are interested in and I haven't been there, I'll make sure to check it out before your session to make sure we can get some AWESOME shots!
